Activerootwayau is an independent Australian advisory firm helping households and small businesses access government payments, tax offsets, grants and social support. We are not Services Australia, the Australian Taxation Office, or any state or federal agency.

Free eligibility reviews are indicative only. The final decision on any grant, payment or offset is made by the relevant Australian agency, on the basis of your full application and supporting documentation.
4. Client engagements
Where you ask us to manage an application end-to-end, a separate written engagement letter will set out the scope, fees, timelines and your responsibilities. Until that letter is signed by both parties, no client relationship exists and no fees apply.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, illustrations and downloadable templates — is the property of Activerootwayau Advisory Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Information you provide
You agree that any information you submit through our forms is accurate, lawful and your own to share. You will not submit personal information about third parties without their authorisation.
7. Limitation of liability
